Due to the medical, sanitary, and hygiene nature of skincare and haircare formulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or altered cosmetic products. Once a product safety seal is broken, it can no longer be resold or restocked under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective seals fully intact.
Return Window & Process
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return for an eligible, unopened item.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
